It's infuriating when you are the news, or someone you are close to. No one knows your story like you do. It takes your blinders off completely and you can trace the low effort elementary school book report plagiarism taking place. One lazy writer reads the work of someone else, copies it, then layers in some adjectives and spices it up a bit. Then another lazy writer takes that spiced up copy, and does it again to make it more dramatic. Very quickly resembles nothing factual.
