At least the state I live in, the legal system can choose not to charge, but that's usually only in clear cases of self-defense, like someone breaking into your house with a gun and you shoot and kill them. It's pretty obvious you didn't intentionally murder anyone. In this case, while it appears to be self-defense, you have to admit, it's complicated. There's multiple videos, multiple angles, dozens of witnesses, the kid drove from out of state armed with the intention of participating in what was essentially a riot. I hope the charges get dropped or he's found not guilty at the very least, it will help set a good precedent for shooting these commie bastards.
