Yeah from the video I saw he had amazing discipline and it was as cut and dry as it gets. This should never even make it past a prelim shit shouldn't even get a charge honestly. People on here say every video everyone should shoot in self defense. This kid is the prime example of how to use deadly force in self defense. He wasn't quick on the trigger at all and from my understanding was retreating
I agree with you on what said above, but also impressive is his weapon control . The muzzle is always on target in the direction of the threat. Someone has trained him , even when on the ground being assaulted. His shot registration is better than many, for the number of shots fired and the so called “disadvantage” of his gun at close range. Am I wrong in what I see from the videos?

Good point usually the feds step in when local jurisdictions don't prosecute. Crossing stateliness does give the feds an in. I'm no lawyer so idk how they'd decide jurisdiction other than the feds would never fight for this case because they don't take anything that isn't a sure win
