I was just thinking the same thing I'd take my ass right over the bridge to jersey if anything like this happened to me. I would have literally 0% chance at a fair trial in Philly. I'm white and voting Trump krasner would throw the book at me for the cleanest shoot of all time.

Good point usually the feds step in when local jurisdictions don't prosecute. Crossing stateliness does give the feds an in. I'm no lawyer so idk how they'd decide jurisdiction other than the feds would never fight for this case because they don't take anything that isn't a sure win

It wasn't bad till krasner became da and Kenny mayor been all down hill from there.

Also that was before I was born but from my understanding you are right it was a real shit hole back then too.
