Do you know the difference between an investigation and charging someone with murder? And yeah, I know a guy in real life that had it happen. Not just some random dude that mentioned it. I saw the fucking crime scene photos.

The problem with believing that is the fact that they charged him with 1st degree murder. That means premeditation. This whole thing screams "political prosecution from on high", not "just doing our due diligence". I hope you are right though, but I think this kids gonna get railroaded.
