This is where I'm confused. Article is saying he's being arrested for killing two and wounding a third.. I thought the reason he was being chased was because of the first shooting of the "shoot me nigga" guy. Victim #1 - not sure if he died or is alive. I have also not seen conclusive video evidence it was his him who did the first shooting. So who shot the first guy? If this article is accurate
It’s confusing me, too. I didn’t see the shoot me guy, I just saw a video of the street shootings, and a separate video that’s supposed to be the first shooting from really far away.
He fatally shot the "shoot me nigga" guy in the head at a gas station first and then fled as people began chasing him. At one point he trips and falls in the middle of the street and someone yells to "get his ass" at which point he fires upon the people trying to take his weapon.
