I'm imagining being the attorney. I would show video of all the rioters that have attacked people and almost killed them. I would then show the rioters attacking Kyle. Even if I was a democrat I could not even think of convicting him of murder.
There is so much evidence. The guy was running away from the first guy that attacked him. 180 no scope to the head. He ran away from the guy and he kept getting chased down.
