Option 1: permit the mob to destroy your property and livelihood.

Option 2: Resist the mob with force, be arrested and destroyed financially and reputationally by the government

Option 3: Resist the mob with force and then resist the government with force, and be destroyed physically by the government

I have a solution: we must, as a nation, recognize the right of a person to protect one's livelihood as if it were their life.

Commercial and industrial property ownership is a requirement for anyone to possess any standard of living. Businesses bring in money so the owners and employees can pay their bills. Phones, computers, plumbering, housing, air conditioning, food, etc and so forth, all costs money. Without a means to make money, a livelihood, nothing can be paid for and a person falls into destitute poverty. They won't have a life with living.

Option 4: Resist the mob with overwhelming violence. If anyone acting under color of law tries to step on your rights, water the tree of liberty.

We're going to have to liberate our states from communist rule, politicians calling the shots first. Citizens arrest, they can be detained in someone's barn with the pigs.

Paul Revere rode his route, and six hours later, 14,000 armed Militiamen arrived around Lexington & Concord.

He was on horseback, we have the internet and cellphones, you do the math.

There's video everywhere.

This man will be exonerated as a good self-defense shooting.

He is a model for the rest of us.

He probably will, but being charged then having to go through the process of defending himself could take years with activist DAs and judges. That process will be this kids punishment, the state will still get its pound of flesh from the peasents that have the nerve to defend themselves from the brown shirts.

Rather than sending cops to his house, they should have sent Marine Corps recruiters.

Personally, I think the kid has bigger balls than most adults. Instead of simply talking the talk about defending property and lives, he goes and does it.

In the current climate, his own future is sacrificed already. Being a "white Hispanic", do people really think he's employable after this? Not in his area. Maybe in red areas, but not at home, in the blue zone.

Did he know when turning himself in, he faced a bigger threat to his future and well-being in the form of pissed-off Democrats in the police and courts in the area? It must have crossed his mind at some time. He still stood up to be counted.

It will take Kyle x 1,000,000 to get this turned around, and the mentality that normal lives must necessarily go by the wayside.

Most sheep talk of freedom and peace, but wince at the hard work...because, they weren't taught as kids life will always require hard sacrifices. Not "sometimes requires", but "always requires". So long as people think it's only the "other guy" that needs to pay the sacrifice, these riots will continue to spiral out of control.

What were people taught as kids?

You're special! Here's your participation trophy!

Don't get involved! It only makes things worse anyway!

That's happening over there...never happen here!

And so on.

The Patriot hand may be getting forced earlier than it needs to be, but is not the tipping point nearly here, if not already?

As seen in the media today - people banding together for protection of society are already being called, "SELF-STYLED MILITIAS"...as if there's an official form they recognize? It's the words being used. You are going to be smeared by the media ANYWAY. Kyle knew this. He went anyway.

3,000 showed up anyway, even after being told the citizens would fight back. 2 Lefties died, another is wounded. Think they're going to stop?

Their 3,000 needs to be met with our 10,000 - every single time. Here, how many showed up with Kyle - 30?

The mayors, police, DA's, and governors of these Democrat zones absolutely will NOT protect the public in the effort to oust Trump. Citizens voted this shit in, now cower asking to be protected, then getting mad when they're not protected.

Yet they STILL do not en mass show up, stop the rioting, and the next day evict the politicos ensconced in their offices in pious self-righteousness.

"NOPE!" They cry out...."that's someone else's sacrifice and job..."

If you ever get the chance to read Plato's Republic, you should. In that book, the thing that creates a city is property. Also, you ave a soul. You cannot be fully human if you do not live in a city, because you do not have moments to practice virtue. All that aside, the thing that matter to any city is that each individual is allowed to have property which allows them to live their life. That is why cities come into existence in the first place, to satisfy our human needs.

This situation is bizarre, and no one understands it because the schools refuse to teach. The reality is that the situation we find ourselves in is as old as we are.

Throughout history, tyrants have used the urban poor as their battering ram to seize power. In a normal society, people fight back and its a war. Now, the people are demoralized. If you act like a man at all, you will be arrested and charged. This leaves no good options, other than to create a brotherhood and fight.

I will quote from Alexander Solzhenitsyn, who spent many long, long hours pondering these topics in the gulags.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

― Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn , The Gulag Archipelago 1918–1956

The Allegory of the Cave is a great short read from Republic for those with less time: https://web.stanford.edu/class/ihum40/cave.pdf. The KGB ops that Yuri describes were/are an advanced version of the Cave. Our media and politicians engage in it daily. Crazy how simple we and our history really are.

the more things change, the more they stay the same. It gets even crazier when you read De Bello Gallico, Julius Caesar's book about how he took all of Gaul.

Also, with option 2 or 3, people even on your own side will throw you under the bus and chastise others for celebrating the fact that you stood up for yourself

They'll sit in front of their cameras, or behind their computer screens/phones droning about how we should love the people who want us all dead and destitute, even as our cities continue to burn. Because to them, the 2A is only about lipservice, Sunday gunday memes, and recreational hunting.

Why hasn’t the DA released him without charges? Oh wait.

The government in these Democrat shit holes has become like the British Crown, and the citizens are the subjects/Colonials. Antifa are the Crown’s mercenary Hessians, and the police; the Redcoats.

If Trump does not do everything in his power to get this patriot freed, i will not be voting for him in November.

This is the line, it's a clear choice. You are either for America or for Communism.

We already have the protected rights. The constitution that is being subverted. Remember, they are not reviewing the event to determine the charges, they already charged him with 1st degree murder...premeditated murder in the first degree. They laid the charge before they investigated...

Charge may protect him from the mob. Open court where he may plead his case. Innocent until proven guilty. He did appear to shoot someone, so probable cause.

Option 2a. Resist with lawful force. Use the courts to plead your case. If lose, in a year you get let out because Covid 2.0 . Or Trump pardons.
