I can't think of another, except I am not sure of the numbers of nursing home-related deaths in PA and NJ. They were high, too, but I think NY has them beat.

But also, Cuomo was sneaky about this issue. NY might have had MANY more nursing home-related deaths than we know of, because if a nursing home resident got sick due to catching coronavirus from an infected, returned hospital patient, and then they got sick enough to be sent to a hospital and died in the hospital, as long as they died in the hospital, they were not counted as a nursing home death!!-- even if they died 5 min. after they got to hospital from a nursing home.

See? So technically, there could actually be a third, or twice as many nursing home-related deaths as they have admitted, because some people actually contracted coronavirus in a nursing home due to Cuomo's Order, yet they didn't actually die in the nursing home because they were shipped off the hospital and actually died there -- so they were not counted as a "nursing home death", but they were.
