Shaved head guy most likely had a weapon and approached Kyle having seen him previously. It looks as if the skinhead throws something at Kyle. Kyle who is already ramped up fires off 6 or 7 rounds while running from the skin head around the car. 1 shot grazed the dudes head.
Then more people show up and start chasing Kyle back in the direction where he came from.
Not a single Militia buddy of Kyle was there assisting him. Not one that is visible. All those gun shots could not have come from Kyle.
