Its not that hard to believe. For over four years now they have been able to kill, maim, loot, riot, destroy with no consequences. The cops wont lift a finger, and most of the cities they destroy are OK with it because they think they will end up with Fed $ to cover the damages. They never thought in a million years someone would pull the trigger, they have been conditioned to think they are untouchable.
