Team Trump has to know the dems will pull some bullshit legal challenges, ballot stuffing, etc. Even Shrillary came out yesterday saying Biden should not concede "no matter what" and that the "road would be long but eventually we will win". The Biden campaign already has 600 lawyers on staff.
We saw this before too. Remember Florida in 2018 where the election commissioner ghoul from Broward kept "finding" ballots in the back of Ryder trucks? The RNC said "no way" and sent down a team of lawyers to challenge that bullshit and we won.
I don't know the specific legalities. And I'm sure states with Dem governors like PA and WI will try some shit. In fact I would bet on it. But I doubt any of this will catch Team Trump flat footed. He knows damn well the lengths the Dems will go to in order to regain power. People will do some really skeezy shit for money, but for power they will do even worse.
