He isn't going to go to jail. No jury would convict when we have a mob on video trying to murder him prior to him shooting.

This prosecution will be VERY political.

It won’t be fair or balanced, and Kyle only has a shitty public defender right now.
In contrast, the Chaz commie shooters who killed, are still free, they get a pass from the media. Kyle was immediately charged and arrested. So this might turn into a Roger Stone prosecution.

Lefty prosecutors will use his own words against him.. he was asked before the shooting if he was protecting the car dealership with non lethal means, and Kyle answers, “we don’t have non lethal”. Democrat DA can twist his intent and murder one has a chance to stick unless clearer video emerges of commie #1 coming at Kyle with lethal intent. What’s easy to prove is that Kyle never provoked or attacked. He defended himself all 3 times. But there’s two dead commies. And a dishonest, communist backing Media.

Start spamming the DA’s office. Get vocal with your support for Kyle. Why weren’t police officers or Nat Guard doing what Kyle was. Why allow out of state AntiFa and BLM to terrorize business owners, torch car dealerships?

This kid is about to get dragged through hell for defending his life. He has international media against him spinning lies. He and his fam are going to need all the public support they can get.

the prosecution can do whatever they damn like, the jury is filled with people from Wisconsin so it won't be an easy sell. Sure, we have people who are stupid woke and are able to collectively be able to tie their shoes if they put their heads together to do it, but we have people who see through the bullshit too. Worst comes to worst, if they slander him for defending himself, he can do a Sandmann and live the high life after.

They could use legal extortion to get him to plead guilty. It's two years from now and the trial isn't over and they offer him a plea bargain for 3 years in jail with credit for time served, and he risks life in jail if he goes to trial and loses. It's very tempting to take that offer, even if you're innocent.

Jurry nullification anyone?

GnosticAwakening 21 points ago +25 / -4

He's not even in jail, the police are hosting him as a hero and buying him steak dinners. Probably gave him a badge.

JimmyNelson 6 points ago +8 / -2

he is in jail

3
sorrytodisagree 3 points ago +3 / -0

So are police who work there. He's got frens.

couranto 14 points ago +14 / -0

He won’t get charged. Case will be dropped. Overcharged. No conspiracy to plan murders. Too much evidence. If anything they should have charge manslaughter.

My dream: Trump pardons him, and Lin Wood sues NBC and the rest for millions. Kid becomes a millionaire and is elected to the House. Hey, it could happen.

held without bail

I’m waiting to hear more. Cops supported the militia behind the scenes, and they better support them and Kyle now.

The police chief of Kenosha did a presser and said the victims should have obeyed the curfew, so it looks like the department is trying to help Kyle a bit

Exactly. We're too high energy sometimes. Wait guys ffs remember "the same strength is takes to act it takes to wait."

He shouldn't. Its a clear case of self defense, but we'll see how the courts go. Kid may face some kind of charge for possessing a rifle at 17 though.

7
Haun_Solo0211 7 points ago +8 / -1

That’s not illegal.

2
sorrytodisagree 2 points ago +2 / -0

Unfortunately yes it is. Must be 18 to carry a long gun in WI... Hopefully the jury will do the right thing and nullify any charges brought.

Soooo, now the question is, which one overwrites the other?

State law supersedes. Same reason states have all kinds of laws more restrictive than Fed.

That’s not illegal.

My mistake, phrased that poorly. Possessing a long gun isn't illegal, but rather the purchase of one. The question of who purchased the rifle will undoubtedly come up, and make no mistake, they will attempt to charge that person with something.

Yes it sucks, but that's kinda what "took it upon himself" means...

I think there is a strong chance he will eventually go free, but it'll stick with him forever.

I'll defend myself, my property, and my family. You won't see me going downtown to try and play cop against commie retards.

Agreed. Where the fuck are this kid’s parents and how did this child end up solo in a late night riot zone with a rifle.

Just to be clear that kid was going to be beaten to death and executed by those larpers. So.....yea they deserve it and the one who got his arm blown off deserved to be dead as well. Should have placed another center mass

lo_there 7 points ago +7 / -0

Nothing sad about the commie fucks he ended. Nothing of value was lost last night.

I'm a Dad, and a combat vet...I've seen the best men this country has to offer turned to fucking mist and this country didn't give a fuck. Now they're burning cities down for fucking horrendous criminal felons...no part of me feels or even recognizes them as a lose of life.

ThunderCuntHillary 1 point ago +1 / -0

They were not "kids", not even close. The dumb cuntfuck that was was shot in the head was in his mid-30s. He was also a convicted pedophile. The faggot Tony Hawk wannabe that attempted to crush Kyle's skull with a skateboard and take his rifle was in his mid-20s. He was also a criminal with multiple charges of domestic abuse/battery. The commie cunt shot in the arm was also mid-20s. He was a convicted felon. It was illegal for him to have a firearm. He had his pistol pointed at Kyle's head before his pussyass forearm was obliterated by a 5.56 round of freedom. It's a shame it was only his forearm.

These 3 pieces of shit were not kids. They were/are violent, adult Commies that literally want you dead. They wanted and attempted to kill Kyle and they lost that battle. Nothing of value was lost. It is not sad in any way. I only feel bad for Kyle as he is about to be put through hell by a corrupt judicial system.

3
DankoJones84 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's infuriating that this kid will likely spend the rest of his life behind bars for having the balls to do the cops' job for them after they refused. Vigilantism shouldn't be a crime if police are allowed to leave the people high and dry.

3
Barthaneous 3 points ago +3 / -0

If a judicial system starts getting this bad, then it's time to take them down

c’mon man, what are you, a junkie?

2
ColbyP 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not a chance. Either he walks because it was clear self-defense, or we storm the courthouse and kill the corrupt judge as we free Kyle. We're not letting someone go to prison for doing what those pussy LE should have been.

Pats5x 2 points ago +2 / -0

The jury will be 12 black progressive Democrats

2
WhiteLivesMatter 2 points ago +2 / -0

the cops are not on our side

2
Monsterouspoop 2 points ago +2 / -0

Isn’t he underage? How does that work?

1
AQuietVoice 1 point ago +1 / -0

They will try him as an adult because of the severity of the charge and how close he is the age of majority. My question is simply, where are his parents?

2
PinochetDidNothingWr 2 points ago +2 / -0

Unless it directly affects you, your property or your family - don't take the bait.

That's what these idiots want. They want to be a martyr for the left.

2
Savage2000 2 points ago +2 / -0

If they try to lock him away, they will see US in the streets and outside the courthouse

He committed no crime. He will be released. Even bearing a rifle at 17 isn't illegal.

The only potentially illegal thing he did is if he bought that rifle but I highly doubt it due to background checks.

1
67Vert 1 point ago +1 / -0

I am still wondering how his parents allowed him to go out there.

They have nothing. Self defense
