Interestingly, the number of "unknown" murderers for 2020 (392) is much higher than the number of Black homicide victims (348.) This is easily explainable: the 2019 "Homicide Clearance Rate" was 12.2%. This means that in roughly 88% of last year's Chicago Homicides, no suspect was charged.

That is Very Close to 80%. In other words, 4 out of 5. (If we play their game, and assume a margin of error of +/- 3%.) Therefore:
Roughly 8 out of 10 joggers/joggerettes have no father-figure in their formative years.
It is no surprise that the crime/murder rates reflect these statistics.
