Marijuana is federally illegal, we follow the law, each and every one of them.
I've never met a pot smoker that could be trusted, because when they smoke they will sell out anyone to not miss their next "session" under the influence... their first and last allegiance is to drugs.
What kind of pot smokers have you meet in your life? I've meet back stabbing dick suckers who would sellout the whole crew to take credit for shit they didnt do. I would rather work with someone who smokes pot after work then a raging alcoholic. I cant stand a drunk. I black list them off my crew in a heartbeat . not before I let them know they are a raging piece of shit. I've also meet plenty of non drug users that have demons in their closet too. One company I worked with had hired a pedo and that shit was not pretty pnce that got out. I guess it all depends on the person. Based on 20 years in the field you got 2 types. The finishers and the bullshitters and it dont take drugs for them to fit in those categories. Just my 2 cents as a Foreman whos managed crews of up to 279 men.
