Reading that article it sounds like that was the second shooting. I am more curious about the first, in the parking lot. That article says: "They said the initial shooting ignited when the man, who was white, argued with Black Lives Matter protesters because they had lit fires in the area."
It all depends on what argument means here. Did he try to punch someone? Did he threaten someone? The reason he was being chased is key.
Do we have any idea what happened before he was running? Like right before that caused him to run and be chased?
What I’ve read: there was another shooter, and people went after him. He was running away screaming “it wasn’t me, I didn’t shoot.”
