Thanks. I watched all the videos and tried to piece that together. I believe it was a water bottle that got lit up by the lights - not a Molotov.
Even if that guy was saying 'shoot me' - did Kyle do anything that could be viewed as him being an aggressor? His whole case will likely depend on that. Anything threatening? He was running away, so that will help him a ton, but if they have any video of him starting something, it is going to be a rough time.
I’ve seen that he fired at people taunting prior to the “shoot me” guy chasing him. This of course hasn’t been recorded as it’s the reason people started recording. I guess we’ll see
If he fired at people before the 'shoot me' guy chased him that would be major. Any other reports of this? Even if there is not video, I'd expect people to be talking about this.
He domed a guy in a parking lot. Said other guy had been chasing him, threw something (Molotov?) at him, and had reportedly been part of a smaller mob smashing up & looting cars or something when first confronted by the armed teenager. Shortly (perhaps even immediately) before the fatal clash, the 'victim' was caught on camera shouting 'shoot me nigga, bust on me for real' as well.
This directly caused the mob to chase him and everything that follows.
