Not a lawyer but I would guess this will be defense and it will not make it to a courtroom. The charges will be dropped.

Oh I understand that fully. But when you present the case it falls apart. Just like w/ the McCloskey's in MO after the DA finished grandstanding and political fundraising, the AG sent a letter and the charges were summarily dismissed.

Well, I'm an observer not a lawyer. But I would guess the defense would seek a change of venue. No way a jury convicts him.
