Yeah, at first I thought he was holding his hand up to his head in a sort of "oh fuck!" moment, but hes on his cellphone. Its very clear hes innocent, all charges should be dropped and I would seek prosecution against the democrat rat who decided to charge him in the first place.
This is literally the EXACT same scenario from a while back when a group of Antifa/BLM chased a man down, attacked him, tried to take his gun, then he shot them in self defense and local dems called for him to be arrested before the video came out and he was never charged.
