Nothing even remotely subtle about a fist-sized chunk of meat going missing!
.223 is an evil round, especially the 55 grain loads. They are long and slender (.22 cal) moving very fast (3200 feet per second) and tend to tumble when they hit flesh. Awesome!
In the video you can see a cloud of mist blown off the arm and carried off by the wind. I think having hit a small volume of flesh had an effect. Might not see this with a torso shot. Need to see skateboard dude's wounds to confirm.

At close range they fragment, but once they drop below around 2700fps they "icepick". But if they destabilize under that speed thy will tumble
