But most crimes committed BY blacks, are AGAINST blacks. Well, I'm going to stick to homicides here, because I haven't been able to find reliable statistics for inter-racial crimes besides homicides.
Anyway: both of your premises are TRUE. Also: a black person is much more likely to murder a white person, than a white person is to murder a black person (I think you mentioned that already, but it's worth reiterating). But inter-racial murders are rare compared to same-race murders, and the truths you posted DO NOT change the fact that murders of white people are usually committed by other white people.
All crime is bad. Crimes should be investigated and punished whenever possible. But when you're a cop, investigating a crime, what's the fastest way to zero in on the perp? By searching within the SAME RACE as the victim.
