He's just a regular rapist. Wisconsin law doesn't specify 3rd degree sexual assault as with minors. You can see in the link the law is 940.225(3)(a) which lines up with his rap sheet. The law in the pic is actually Rhode Island and you can see the numbering is different 11-37-6.
It's also starting to look like the house he was at and had robbed was his "ex-partner" he was arrested for raping.

I think there were two charges. Sexual assault on his baby momma and then sexual activity with an underage individual. Should have saved the docs
