He was 18 when he was convicted. Was he an actual pedophile or just a dude who's high school girlfriend was underage when he turned 18?

This pede is asking the right questions.

Could just be a pissed off girlfriend.

Where does it say he "served" 12 years in prison? I missed that part.

I know a guy who's basically on probation forever for some dumb shit like this. He was 18 and hooked up with a girl at a college party. Turns out she was 16 and her parents were pissed.

He can't be near children (pretty much at all). He can't have any relationships his PO doesn't approve of. It's absolute bullshit.

Almost all states have a statute to protect people from being charged for this very thing. I live in OR, and I remember being in high school and our health class was very interested in this exact scenario. In our state, as long as you're within less than 3 years age difference, it's ok if you're an adult. That means legally a 19 year old could have sex with a 16 year old, but if they are a day more than 3 years apart they're going to have some issues. Each state would have different laws I suspect though.

Not sure how popular those laws were prior to 2010-ish. You're right its state by state.

My state didn't have it until about 2009 I believe. I remember being in high school and one of my class mates was the reason they introduced the bill (not because they were in the situation, but they talked with someone in the house/senate, not sure on the details)

Yeah people seem to think he was 36 when convicted instead of being a kid himself.

Ooph, I didn't know that

BINGO! SOME people are so quick to judge based on WORDS from a biased "justice" system. Not all sex offenders are pedophiles, but all pedophiles are sex offenders.

Honestly, I think this kid knew exactly the risks, was willing to risk his life for his country, to protect a nearby (15 miles) community from looting and rioting, and fully understood what could happen, and was willing to take whatever action was necessary, take the risk and accept the consequences.

In other words, his eyes were wide open and he was prepared and willing to step up.

He's a role model.

Human? Sex offender, and antifa/blm commies don't exactly fit the description of human

Not disagreeing, still a heavy burden. But he's able to go to sleep after not being lynched by the mob while he was fleeing, and subsequently defended himself from being murdered

Bluestorm83 1 point ago +1 / -0

I could, honestly. If I was attacked, that's it. That's it. If someone comes to me and tries to end my life, I could kill him, saw his head off, and put it on a fucking pike as a warning to others. Morals and Ethics don't say that every single life is equal. The life of the guy trying to murder you has Zero Value. This is a problem with the western world these days, and it's the reason why we're in such deep shit. We value the Life of the Enemy who is actively trying to kill us as much as we value the people we are DUTY BOUND to defend, and our indecision results in the deaths of people who have caused no harm or ill. This is not a situation where one life would have ended either way, oh well. This is a situation where we had the choice to take difficult steps to ensure the Greater Value Life remained, but we were too much of a bunch of pussies to do what we needed to do.

Kids were saved by his actions. Those sex offenders are notorious for being repeat offenders with no path towards rehabilitation.

Magus_Strife 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wait, so he was a Pedo, the Glock dude was a felon of some kind, and then wasn't the skaterboy arrested for DV twice?

You're telling me that on his first try Kyle took out 3 criminals that were reoffending in some manner?

Edit: All jokes aside, this is probably going to be a burden on Kyle for the rest of his life, even if they were attacking him first.

What are the odds all these felons in Antifa and BLM are some of the thousands of criminals Democrats let out of jail for Rona?? 🤔🤔🤔

Making kids to do what our local political leaders should do. Deal with these commies as they deserve.
