At any rate, the rifle fires hitting him in the chest at very close range. Attacker three was seen in a video of the chase reaching into the 6 o'clock position of his waistband while chasing Kyle. Once the skateboard attacker is shot and down, this POS raises his hand in a surrender motion while holding both a cellphone in his left hand and a pistol in his right. There is hesitation on Kyle's part (incredible restraint and clarity). POS false surrendering "medic" begins to point pistol and is shot. Kyle aimed for center mass, but POS false surrendering medic deflected the barrel of his rifle, causing his arm to be red-misted. 4th attacker saw all of this and surrendered. Blac-Bloc stick man stayed put. Both lived. Neither shot or shot at. No one else attacked. No one else was shot.
