That's a fair point in some locations, but I honestly don't know the legal specifics and overall mentality in some areas as well. All I know is that some people have definitely been screwed over by overzealous prosecutors for some pretty innocent sexual relationships, and I even know one guy who caught "child porn" charges for photos of a chick who was just under 18. Weird things do happen. I'm still on Kyle's side here, I just hesitate to label people with one of the worst labels imaginable without being 💯 certain.
