Free thinking is a good thing. The only problem is that socialists think whatever they think is gospel.

If you look at Gender Studies, English Literature, Sociology, Psychology, etc they it's really masses and masses just people writing down what they think about something.

There's very little science or other reliable methodology to be found. Believe it or not you can get a PhD in sociology these days with things such as discourse analysis.

All that consists of is going through text such as a conversation or debate and then writing your thoughts about it or personal commentary. This might usually be from the perspective of a given ideology.
