When you leave a date field empty in programming, it evaluates to Jan 1, 1970. Which if used to calculate his age, would make him 43 in 2013.
So his DOB was left out of that page. That's all that means.

It has two different DOB.
The best I could find was some felony charges from 2013 but I could not find convictions.
I did find other Wisconsin court records for minor stuff like traffic tickets and eviction and failure to obey an officer. He did not show up in court for any of those things.

Looks like a placeholder birth date (Dec 31, 1969), as it's the Unix epoch (starting 00:00 Jan 1, 1970 Greenwich Mean Time, or Dec 31 1969 for those in timezones west of London). It's the birthday equivalent of John Doe.
Are you stupid? his mugshot and his hospital photo look identical with the same name from the same state.
