Even if he is not a felon he still has a history of gun crime. It is a crime to be intoxicated while possessing a firearm. Just like driving intoxicated is a crime.
Now we got this guy who claims to be a major dude in the Wisconsin BLM movement chasing people with his pistol, during a riot, after curfew, and from the looks of the photo he was a half second from killing Kyle.
The point is the "fake medic" won't face any charges because he was doing what the Dems wanted. Kyle on the other hand has to sit in jail because he refused to be murdered.

Do you deny that people commit felonies, get charged with said felonies, and then fail to be convicted of a felony?? Often times plead down to misdemeanors so the DA doesn't have to work or risk lowering their win/loss ratio.
In the eyes of the law, it doesn't matter. I'm not a convicted felon.
You don't get to call people felons because they were charged with felonies.
