Not back in its prime. The 80s going into the 90s was an amazing time to be engaged in the NBA and basketball. Bulls, Supersonics, Suns, Jazz, Magic, the list could go on. They had actual skill and displayed relentless effort. It was not always just an offensive shit show like it is today.
Filled with alphas like Kemp, Jordan, Magic and guys like Barkley. Who is now a solid figure in calling out BLM and how backwards the black community is for always playing victim.

It certainly would make things more interesting, but make it so that the sacrifice only applies to the finals. Can't be having unworthy failures be sacrificed. but there has to be a big payout at the finals to the winner or nobody would play.
