I came here to say the exact same thing. This kid was being attacked by a mob with a molotov, skateboards, a pistol, sticks, and boots to the face. How the hell is he the problem!

Update: If anyone else comes across this. It appears that there was not a molotov. Joseph threw a brick or bottle at Kyle, and it was in plastic bag like a Walmart bag. Just want to be more factual on this.
