If Lin Wood takes the case, expect charges to be dropped.

Not necessarily. This is a criminal case. Sandman was a Tort/Civil case. Furthermore he would have to be barred in the state of Wisconsin. He may have people at his firm that are I'm not that familiar with his firm. That's not to say he can't reach out to groups like USCCA, Law Shield, et. al. for referrals to local experts in WI self-defense law and hire them for the case.

The civil case for the first shooting is going to be the toughest. Although given the guy was a convicted pedo and charged at him yelling racial slurs...I'm not sure a jury would be willing to award much in the way of damages. The next two shoots are clear self defense. The guy hitting him with a skateboard...yeah a skateboard to the head is a lethal threat and the guy who lost his right arm clearly had a gun and was convicted felon as well.

It wasn't a Molotov, there was no fire. Still it shouldn't matter if it was a Molotov or not, Mr. "Shoot me nigga" threw something and charged him. Got within melee range acting incredibly hostile. If he didn't (sorry edit I meant didn't) shoot to defend himself he would likely be dead and his gun would be in the hands of the mob. In that time I don't think Kyle had the time to process what was thrown, he was retreating and getting chased. I'm not sure how he got so surrounded so maybe I should review the tape.
