(KNSI) - The Minneapolis Police Department is investigating a fatal incident downtown Wednesday afternoon.
Everything started outside Ramp A near Target Center just after 2:00 p.m., where police responded to a man who had been shot to death. Investigators say there was a dispute between three people in the ramp before the shooting. A man and woman fled the scene shortly after. The woman was taken into custody, and the man was later found in the 800 block on Nicollet Mall.

Was a wanted murderer, shot himself when cops rolled up. That's the broad strokes.
He was wanted for a murder earlier that day, police were chasing him on foot - he got to those locked doors (see the temporarily closed sign) and decided to end it himself, instead of going to prison.
He put the gun in his mouth and blew his brains out, Cops being in pursuit were 30 feet behind him, showed up within seconds and immediately got accused of killing him, by all the people on the sidewalk.
The city immediately released the security footage which shows just that, in an effort to quell any potential riots and looting that may occur due to misinformation.

The point is that clearly the truth doesnt matter, since these women were within arms reach and saw it happen right in front of their eyes and still jumped at the opportunity to loot.

Probably comes down to the individuals with the ability to do so. Whoever had say over withholding the george floyd footage clearly withheld it out of malicious intent.
The woman beating Mooslum Keith Ellison was responsible for withholding Fentanyl Floyd's footage.
