Original post 8:16 p.m. Wednesday, August 26th:

(KNSI) - The Minneapolis Police Department is investigating a fatal incident downtown Wednesday afternoon.

Everything started outside Ramp A near Target Center just after 2:00 p.m., where police responded to a man who had been shot to death. Investigators say there was a dispute between three people in the ramp before the shooting. A man and woman fled the scene shortly after. The woman was taken into custody, and the man was later found in the 800 block on Nicollet Mall.

Holy shit that's the downtown Target. I was assuming North Mpls or something.

Mpls used to be a nice town. Good work BLM.
