Is Minneapolis police learning? They released that shit real quick on Twitter. Also noted the important part, his mask now as a hole in it, someone might have got Covid. Did all those people quarantine?

Probably comes down to the individuals with the ability to do so. Whoever had say over withholding the george floyd footage clearly withheld it out of malicious intent.
