Is this hereditary, or environmental? Not having proper foundation established by certain milestones?

Both.

But it IS more genetic than environmental.

Environmental factors (nurture) can bump IQ points, but not to the degree that certain parts of the world need to join the 21st Century.

It's mostly genetics. Some of that is inbreeding in the muslim world. Some of it is lack of evolution for hundreds and thousands of years. This isn't hate or made up facts; there are just many, many generations of inbreeding and no progress.

There are also hormonal differences with certain cultures or "races" or "societies;" especially testosterone. There are differences in brain size. Differences in delayed gratification. Differences in high-level thinking and even things many would consider basic, such as "Cause and Effect."

Many people/cultures/races/societies simply have lower IQs. Many truly act on instinct and emotion with less higher-level thought than others.

There isn't anything "wrong" with having a low IQ. Nobody here hates people with low IQs. It's just the way it is. Facts.

Never let anyone say you're racist because you state a fact.

:) Have a nice day!

The ancestors of those of Caucasian and Asian descent interbred with other hominid species such as neanderthals thus allowing them to take advantage of the evolutionary strides those species had already made. Those whose ancestors stayed in Africa not so much. That's why they haven't evolved.

people talk about genetic differences between the races a lot, where they say blacks are more athletic for instance. for some reason the discussion ends at the neck because talking about genetic differences in IQ is waycis

There was a good article a few years ago about how tribal societies have a phase where new ideas and success are seen with envy by everyone else and this mindset stymies growth and selects against ingenuity and intelligence.

I can't seem to find it anymore but it was like "The green eye of envy and tribal societies" or something like that.

I saw one that made an argument about tribal people that lived near the equator were never forced to invent/create/develop because their current environment was essentially perfect. Peoples that moved farther away from the equator were forced to invent new ways to survive because of harsher and colder environments. I don't feel like these types of studies are meant to slight anyone but it sure seems to hurt peoples feelings. I think they're worth talking about. I think just about everything is worth talking about though.

Indeed, it is just human genetics, I mean if the left truly believes in evolution they would see adapted humans as something to celebrate, not deny the existence of.

Instead they say all humans are the same while saying diversity is a strength.... their double think has driven them mad.

That's interesting. If you find it, post it for us. Sounds like another good argument against globalism and social media.

Sub Sahara Africans didn't even invent the wheel, literally lived roughly the same for tens of thousands of years until Europeans came and started building town's and settlements. So you take these Africans and thrust modern society on them in the past few hundred years and it's literally the first progress they've ever seen.

In some cases a little over 100,000 years!!!!

Imagine that much time going by with little to know change in a society!!!!

My grandmother had a name for it, "Crabs in a bucket." Each time one starts to climb out the others jump on its back, hold it back and they all fall back into the bucket.

Largely environmental, though environment does affect gene expression so it's no simple feat to disentangle the two.

Now imagine that continent's population exploding in the next 30 years to twice what it is now.

That's happening right now.

The future is fucked - you can shut your borders but you can't win a war against demographics

"Non-factual content" - interesting that you'd argue a published scientific article is non-factual or racist. Buzz off.
