There was a good article a few years ago about how tribal societies have a phase where new ideas and success are seen with envy by everyone else and this mindset stymies growth and selects against ingenuity and intelligence.

I can't seem to find it anymore but it was like "The green eye of envy and tribal societies" or something like that.

I saw one that made an argument about tribal people that lived near the equator were never forced to invent/create/develop because their current environment was essentially perfect. Peoples that moved farther away from the equator were forced to invent new ways to survive because of harsher and colder environments. I don't feel like these types of studies are meant to slight anyone but it sure seems to hurt peoples feelings. I think they're worth talking about. I think just about everything is worth talking about though.

Indeed, it is just human genetics, I mean if the left truly believes in evolution they would see adapted humans as something to celebrate, not deny the existence of.

Instead they say all humans are the same while saying diversity is a strength.... their double think has driven them mad.

That's interesting. If you find it, post it for us. Sounds like another good argument against globalism and social media.

Sub Sahara Africans didn't even invent the wheel, literally lived roughly the same for tens of thousands of years until Europeans came and started building town's and settlements. So you take these Africans and thrust modern society on them in the past few hundred years and it's literally the first progress they've ever seen.

In some cases a little over 100,000 years!!!!

Imagine that much time going by with little to know change in a society!!!!

My grandmother had a name for it, "Crabs in a bucket." Each time one starts to climb out the others jump on its back, hold it back and they all fall back into the bucket.
