It is cruel to import these people to a northern climate, they will suffer from Vitamin D related issues, not to mention the cold.

I remember once being in a house where some recent african immigrants lived in a northern state, during the winter, the thermostat was turned up to 85!!!

They were complaining about the high power bills

Well no duh, they are adapted to high temps and sunshine.

Not cold and darkness...
