That bias is based in some reality, but you have to also see through easy stereotypes and be prepared to have them subverted.

You must be no where near any major cities. The city I live in has been torn apart by these riots and are now a mosh pit for angry blacks to drink, fight and shoot each other. Subverted? What are you suggesting I go out at night like an oblivious retard and try to see the 'good'?

You meet enough people of different kinds and it becomes real easy to see how complicated human affairs really are is what I am saying. Be prepared to be double crossed by reality. Dont build your worldview around easy stereotypes.
