I've watched the footage a bunch and skateboard boi does not actually swing the skateboard at Kyle. He charges at Kyle, get shot, stumbles, and that's where we see the skateboard make contact with Kyle. Just nitpicking, though. It doesn't matter, cuz that asshole still charged at someone on the ground with a deadly weapon in his hand and any reasonable person would assume they intend to use it.
Jump kick guy got in the way of skateboard dude. Skateboard guy still hits him with skateboard, then he is shot in the chest, not before. Slow the video down.
