I don't think the first video shows the shot they are talking about. Would there be that much of a delay from that close? You can see a flash but the delay doesn't match up for me. If the guy who is firing is further down the road that I think he is.

Just my opinion as the camera is shaky and there are cars down the road further.

Then again when Kyle is taken out the people running after him you can hear another gunshots far off.
