My stock response when contacted these days is "I'll donate to the party when you weed out the Never-Trumpers - until then I support at a candidate level, directly - not a single penny as long as you help Never Trumpers get re-elected."

I get the worst spam texts from the GOP and Trump's campaign. The GOP uses a new phone number each time so blocking it is impossible. It pisses me off and I can't find a way to just subscribe to Trump's campaign that only uses 88022. I have that one muted. 2 to 3 damn texts a day. Waaaaaaay overboard!
Classic sales strategy though, keep exposure high to keep the product on your mind. It is a lot but it’s meant to keep people actively thinking about the election. Not everyone who gave their email or number is as engaged as we are.

In all honesty, the emails and text messages from the Trump campaign are a bit much.

Ive never been a republican. Ive never been contacted by the GOP. MCcain and Romney are traitors. I always vote straight conservative.

My wife gets that. I get 2-3 a week of people wanting to flip my house and steal my equity.

It's a new phone number each time for one off texts. Sending STOP won't do anything. If you call the number it's not valid phone number.
