Stop and think, for a moment, where you got this notion that Europeans are condescending leftists criticizing America.
From the mainstream media? From Reddit?
Don't you think that perhaps you've been convinced by the media to think that Europeans are much more to the left than you actually think?
Europeans do make fun of America sometimes; but for affirmative action, ballot harvesting, late term abortion on demand, and this sort of fetish for negroes.
I'm convinced that Trump would win the elections in any single European country. We just don't have a leader as good as him.

Bold claim. What makes you think that? I just watched a CNN clip on YT (Joe Biden interview with Anderson Cooper, I swear, the outright easily debunked lies Biden was saying made it unbearable to watch...) and if this is any indication of how Trump would be treated in our media, how they would convey his character (I don't expect them to convey actual positions and policies), with direct democracies and the "the more things change the more they stay the same" attitude, I don't think he'd win. At least it would be an extremely hard fight.
In Italy it would be a landslide. The Italian media are even more vicious against Salvini than the American media are against Trump, and Salvini is still the most trusted and loved Italian politician. And he's pretty based, but nowhere near the skills of Trump.
