Yup. 10 years ago a guy in NYC macheted a guy near Times Square. Passerby saw, followed perp, and flagged down two diversity hired cops. They follow perp, who reaches into bag, so cops open fire. Spray everywhere and ricchochette - bouncing off protective barrier "planters" everyone put out to prevent trucks of peace going on sidewalks. Many tourists hit/injured. They had zero composure, the diversity cops. Plenty don't have it.
