No it does not. Trump can win by one electoral vote for all it matters. Electing local conservative governments is much more important than a landslide win. If the House keeps its majority NOTHING is going to get done and they will continue to block everything he wants to do. There needs to be a Trump policy supporting super majority to do anything in both houses and state governors and congress members also a super majority. Hopefully these riots will convince people to vote Republican tickets across the board.
