All luck and prayers to ya! Kids are such fun, my boy is finally getting interested in guns! Time to get him a little .22

Primebeef 22 points ago +22 / -0

One of my most memorable moments of my childhood, my own .22 good man yourself!

E-dantes 19 points ago +19 / -0

Yeah, this past weekend was the first time he bugged me for ear plugs so he could watch me and his grandpa have an accuracy pissing contest....... I won for the record....lol

What's funny is, my mother was so anti gun, that I didn't even get a rifle myself till I was out of the military and married. Bought myself a .30-.30.

Now she is completely supportive of even the ar's. Haha, converted a closet liberal by force....haha

I wasn't even allowed to have a cap gun or water gun as a child. Now I have a huge love for my 2a and have brothers that became cops. All because we wanted what we could never have as kids! Thanks mom!

Same story, different mom! Both parents are super anti gun (my dad was a medic in Vietnam and saw some nasty shit). Now my dad is hitting me up to teach him to shoot and asking for gun advice (at the tender age of 76)

I had a bb gun at 14 that I had to hide in a speaker box in my room where one of the speakers would pop out. It was pump so I didn't have to worry about buying more co2. It entered and exited my room in my pants appendix carry which ironically is my preferred method of carry these days!

I've grown up hunting, I remember holding up different red deer organs at around 5 years of age asking my dad what was what while munching on a sandwich. I've always been grateful for the animals sacrifice to put food on our table given hunting is relatively rare in Germany as you can compare the hunting license acquisition and learning required to get it with a masters degree in any other practical skill. I was lucky enough to be a weapons mechanic in the German army during my conscription time and it was fantastic. I've never shot so many guns (sighting them) and i've worked on so many different weapons it was a great experience.

I bought my son a rifle while he was still in my wife's belly.

Actually just needed an excuse to buy a new rifle. I guess they'll all be his one day! 😁

E-dantes 7 points ago +7 / -0

I told that to my wife when I built my ar pistol lol

Butthurt 8 points ago +8 / -0

My wife is against guns, yet feels safer knowing I have one for the house, and doesn’t want me to start teaching until the kids 18. Hahah yeah no, sorry hun.

Didn't think of that lol

4
Elseebee 4 points ago +4 / -0

Too cool. I have my father's .22 to give to my son/daughter whenever we end up producing one.

3
sentient-potato 3 points ago +3 / -0

Our daughter got her very own Ruger .22 this year for her 13th bday. Had been shooting with dad's guns, now she has her very own (and SHE cleans it!)

noice! Wife and I just had the fertilization part of IVF done yesterday, waiting for the next update on Saturday to tell us how things are going. Should have an embryo ready to implant on Monday. We're in our late 30s and have been having trouble the past year so went this route.

That's what I'm going for. I had two in my early twenties with what turned out to be a feminist thot. Gonna wait for them to get older and try making a family again.

5
Vino 5 points ago +5 / -0

Thank you, I am very blessed! They just started catholic school, and love it.

4
RenaissanceOfHope 4 points ago +4 / -0

Good! Don’t feel pressure to have more kids if you don’t want to (it’s not mandatory in any new marriage).

You seem to be doing a good job with your kids if you’re on here!

4
Vino 4 points ago +4 / -0

I want more kids. Mine are very close togeather in age, so I want to wait a bit. Plus my daughter really wants a sister. Thanks for your kind words!

People without kids ask what it's like when your first child is born. It is like your life has gone from black and white to color.

We had our fourth girl on Tuesday! Let's keep raising kids that love America and love God. We are the hope of the future!

1
Press2forEnglish 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm not sure if you're the father or the mother of your four girls, so I'll just say that your wife's a hero. Or you're a hero :)

1
ChicagoforTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

You've got that right. I get to pick her up from the hospital soon and the whole family is excited to be together again. All mothers have earned my respect since experiencing it firsthand. It's not easy having four kids in seven and a half years, but it's worth it. Nothing else can compare to having a loving family. It's what society is based on and the foundation of our country. So have lots of kids and a strong healthy family. America depends on it.

1
Press2forEnglish 1 point ago +1 / -0

We have several girls too and they're absolutely the best. The previous generation taught girls to put their careers first so they "don't have to depend on a man." Understandable, but that resulted in a massive reduction in fertility and a proliferation of single women, many of whom have become radicalized by the universities.

I hope to raise our girls to have a family first.

1
ChicagoforTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

I couldn't agree more. It's time we honor and respect motherhood again. Fathers need to provide for the family so that mothers do not need to leave the home. It's strange that mother leave the children for a complete stranger to raise them. I sure as hell do not want marxist teachers raising them. We homeschool and my wife still earns money on the side doing real estate that she loves. We have built and sold some houses and done airbnb which allows her to work remotely in her spare time. This lifestyle is possible for everyone if they put the family first.

4
DeplorableTech 4 points ago +4 / -0

I just welcomed my 5th in. You have my prayers. Be prepared though, something will usually 'go wrong' . Be vigilant, trust yourself and your instincts. Also, just because there is a challenge doesn't mean it won't be ok in the end.

4
MakePizzaGreatAgain 4 points ago +4 / -0

Big time congrats to you and your wife! We just welcomed our second into the world yesterday - you're in for an incredible experience. I think I've spent at least five hours just sitting and staring at our little bundle of joy - little things like that are indescribably enjoyable 🙂

Just remember that the nurses are there to help with anything and everything, so don't be afraid to ask them to swaddle the baby or change a diaper or anything. You'll both be exhausted (her more than you, haha) and sometimes something as simple as getting you more water can be such a huge help.

Good luck, and enjoy!
