The good news is many of us have been hoarding for a long time. I could probably outfit a company with battle load outs and my collection is tiny compared to some.
Academy hasn't raised their prices other than what they've been forced to by manufacturers. i.e. .223 is $0.42 a round. Now you have to go two or three mornings a week to see what comes in on the truck. But in the last month I've picked up two 200 round packs of federal red box .223 for a carbine course. Last week it 124gr 9mm this week 115gr 9mm. They've had both brass .223 at $8 a box and Tula for $5 a box. Also picked up two 800 round bricks of .22 bulk for 5.5cpr.
I ordered a couple thousand 5.56 a few months ago. And I wish I had ordered more. Not enough bullets in the world to prepare for what I think is coming.
Need more ammo. Sadly, hard to find.
I’ve got job applications and paternity tests as a backup plan, that should drive a few waves back.
Ammoseek . com is a great site for ammo gettin'. If it's available, they will have a link to a vendor.
Unfortunately, at today's marked up prices....

I've got enough to outfit two platoons. Didn't even realize it until I took inventory for insurance.
It’s not hard to find, ammoseek is your friend. The hard part is having the money to pay .75 a round for 5.56. Hell, .22lr is .16 right now.
