Joe was picked because the optics in investigating him for his ties to Ukraine would be very, very bad. The did this to save their skins as the RINOs and DNC were all defrauding the US taxpayer and bilking BILLIONS from Ukraine. They're sacrificing the 2020 election in order to stay out of jail.
