Think of the real crime here, that AG Ellison has the medical report showing death by overdose of the fent. The pills the dirtbag swallowed, so as to not be caught with drugs? Neck or no neck restraint, that guy was going to die without the antidote. Maybe somebody with some EMT knows, will the narcan reverse an active overdoes of fent ? or does the fent need to be fulling into the blood stream before the narcan works?
At this point and looking at this chronologically over the past 60 years. I personally believe they just want an excuse. It's a return to a baseline. I'll bet anything that if the nation ever balkanizes due to our current situation that these places will turn into and look just like Lagos or cape town.

Had to read a case in law school about a couple of guys hanging out drinking a couple MD2020's and smoking a few reefers - but wasn't high or nothing - and then getting into a discussion of whether or not you can play 'russian roulet' with a pump action shotgun. One guy insists you can, goes to the other guys room, grabs the shot gun, pumps it once, sticks it in his mouth and pulls the trigger. Boom. Other guys look up at the ceiling and don't see nothings. The guy slumps over. Judge takes notice of the medical report that the entire shotgun blast was contained within his skull. I noticed the same thing here.

Add youtube-dl to that list. It helped me save a video from a tweet that someone tried to hide.
It can save videos from a lot of sites too, not just youtube, and can usually circumvent their security. Takes a little bit of extra work to use it but it's worth it.
They can yank all they want. the video is still out there.
