Remember, they can burn your business, destroying your entire life savings, but you better not defend against the arson. Guns will not be on the table for the next 20 years if the GOP had any balls.

In prior versions of Missouri's Castle Doctrine and Justified Use of Force, Arson was expressly mentioned as a justified reason to use deadly force.

You are right that couples situation is bullshit. But they will not serve time in jail nor have a record. They know what they are doing with the wife having had an inoperable pistol, the fact the Attorney General has asked for it to be dropped, and with the Governor saying he will pardon them if convicted. But yes I agree, we can’t use weapons at all anymore even for self-defense, in some states at least, so here’s to hoping the good guys to prevail in that 17yo shooter Kyle’s case
