It's like they're gas-lighting the entirety of debate history, going back to the Greeks.

I know what this is, they're trying to get the 'Trump is a liar" implanted in everyone's minds - say it enough times, it becomes 'truth".

It just says to me, they're so bankrupt of ideas and passion, they're just playing schoolyard games. "Liar liar, pants on fire" is a not a political plank adults would use.

How did he lie?

That's an ignorant statement: "he lies a lot, right guys?"

He doesn't "lie a lot". He exaggerated and perhaps forgot things he said in the past a few times, when he was running the first time. He may have told a few white lies n interviews to bolster his personal/businesses cred. ("Yeah I've met with Putin")

He hasn't since taking office.

And there's the problem. the media counted 0bummer's lies as really egregious, but Trump exaggerates and it's a "pants on fire" lie
