It just says to me, they're so bankrupt of ideas and passion, they're just playing schoolyard games. "Liar liar, pants on fire" is a not a political plank adults would use.
He doesn't "lie a lot". He exaggerated and perhaps forgot things he said in the past a few times, when he was running the first time. He may have told a few white lies n interviews to bolster his personal/businesses cred. ("Yeah I've met with Putin")
